Malaysia Airlines passenger’s food complaint triggers online debate

Twitter user Faizal Hamssin has sparked a debate on the quality of food served on board Malaysia's national airline.

A passenger’s complaint on the condition of the food served onboard a Malaysia Airlines Berhad (MAB) — formerly known as Malaysia Airlines System (MAS) — flight triggered an online debate.

Twitter user Faizal Hamssin had yesterday claimed the state of the airline food served on board an MAB flight from Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei, to Kuala Lumpur was a “disgrace” to the overall image of the national carrier.

“This mihun goreng served on @MAS BWN-KUL is more telanjang (naked) than a RM1 meal at cafeteria SK Bestari Jaya.

“More details on @MAS mihun telanjang: there were tiny bits of carrots (i calculated — three) inside. Microscopic bits of eggs. Plenty of oil,” tweeted Faizal, along with a photograph of the meal on his tweet-handle @faizalhamssin.

In his string of six tweets, Faizal questioned the state of the food being served by the airline on its flights and deemed them to be not up to the standards as well as the prices charged by the national carrier.

“Not only do we have to pay more when taking @MAS, to keep the company afloat our taxpayers’ money has been used. We deserve a decent airline.”

He added that as the company stands as a representative of Malaysia to the world, the image portrayed by the flag carrier must be maintained and kept in check.

Faizal’s comments gained much attention from social media users who also shared their thoughts and experiences on the matter.

Twitter user @azfrrr shared Faizal’s input regarding the issue, stating that MAB must compete with its competitors to maintain its overall presence as the country’s No. 1 airline: “@faizalhamssin I agree that @MAS isn’t cheap hence the food must be at par with paid @AirAsia meals!.”

User @NqbAdm commented saying that passengers should not be surprised by the slacking conditions of the food being served on board MAB flights, adding that passengers are better off packing their own meals.

“@faizalhamssin MAS’s food is such a shame! I was on board the other day and they served me a vegetarian meal bcs they ran out of normal meal,” tweeted user @jangankolot.

Meanwhile, some netizens are stating that the airline was not to blame for its deteriorating meal services.

Twitter user @sarah_mustafeen9 commented saying that the airline contracts its catering services to a third party and in turn was not directly responsible for the state of the meals provided.

Another user @_norman_g also claimed to have knowledge on the matter, alleging that MAB had renegotiated a catering agreement in May with a shorter contract term and 25% lower price.

The original posting by Faizal has so far received nearly 300 re-tweets and has been shared on a number of social media sites.

MAB, in an official reply to Faizal, said that the company was currently looking into the matter.

“Hi Faizal, we regret this experience and welcome the feedback for improvement. We will certainly look into this matter,” stated MAB on through its official tweet-handle, @MAS.

Happy Braving New Year 2016

Many Malaysians will be looking for any measly jobs to do to make ends meet as costs of living rise.

When the new year brings only bad news

source: http://www.theheatmalaysia.com/Main/When-the-new-year-brings-only-bad-news
By Zakiah Koya

There are two days more to usher in the new year 2016 but it looks like the celebration this time round would be dismal, except maybe on the government’s front.

In fact, some banners have been put up by certain parties wishing the public “Selamat Menempuh Tahun Baru 2016” (Happy Braving New Year 2016) instead of “Happy Celebrating New Year”.

The reason being that not only prices of goods and services will become higher but also taxed more, as well as some of us will be losing jobs as companies which cannot cope with the rising prices will close down.

On top of that, as prices rise, tuition fees, kindergarten fees, school fees and all other expenses too will increase, forcing the people to tighten their belts further and look for any other way to increase their income.

Savings will definitely have to be lowered as whatever payments that need to be made will be deferred as long as possible. There will also definitely be more applications and usage of credit cards, and it will not be surprising if there are more bankruptcy cases.

With a government which does not seem to even bat an eyelid over the people’s problems and pleas for help, the people seem to be clutching at straws as they brave the new year.

Perhaps the government’s ‘concern’ is echoed in the statement by International Trade and Industry deputy minister Datuk Ahmad Maslan which asked the people to get two jobs to enable them to survive the high cost of living.

Not only did he ask them to get two jobs, he even specified that one of it should be an online job and that he and many other politicians too are holding two jobs or more.

Not one top-ranked government official has come out to condemn Ahmad Maslan’s insensitive statement. Instead, Ahmad Maslan had even boldly defended himself.

"I have three jobs: Member of Parliament, deputy minister, Umno information chief. Many in Malaysia are already holding two jobs #2Kerja. Work hard for halal income,” he tweeted shamelessly.

He probably is not even thinking of the man or woman who sells nasi lemak in the morning and works as guard in the night to put the simplest of food on the table for their children.

Perhaps he forgets how millions eke out a living with the adage “kais pagi makan pagi, kais petang makan petang” which means “what is gotten in the morning is for breakfast, and what is gotten in the evening is for dinner”.

He probably does not realise how hard his servants, drivers, gardeners and his workers are slogging day and night, losing sleep over what will happen if they fall sick for even one day.

Thus, it is with a heavy heart that many Malaysians would be ushering in the new year.

Capture Awesome Memories in a Jar – DIY

Vacation pictures, souvenirs, shells and sand from the last beach we have visited are just a few of the beautiful memories we take home with us from our holidays. Most of the times, these get hidden in some boxes in our drawer seeing the light rarely just when we remember them or a relative or friend wants to see them. Vacations are always periods in our life filled with a lot of joy so it’s a shame not to remember them more often. That’s why, we thought it would be nice to show you how to make beautiful decorating jars to remind you of those fantastic times you lived. They are great to keep in the house and are extremely easy to make. You can have a special corner in your home filled with them for everyone to see.

What you will need:
  • printed out pictures;
  • sand, shells, dried flowers and anything you have with you from the holiday you’ve been in;
  • different sized empty jars with or without lids;
  • olive oil (optional).

Directions:
  1. Take a jar of your choice and a picture that fits in it and start the creative work.
  2. Add to the jar whatever you have available and create a nice decorating piece (get inspired by the pictures).
  3. Seal with the lid or don’t seal, depending on what is inside the jar. If you decide to use the olive oil with the black and white picture, you have to seal the jar to make sure the content will stay safe.
  4. Here you have the freedom to be creative and make your own jars, they don’t need to look exactly like in the pictures! Label each jar with a sticker to know the destination you have been in and focus on growing your collection!

King’s College London’s Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience

The 58 most commonly misused words and phrases

You might be shocked by how many words you've been very slightly misusing...

Steven Pinker explores the most common words and phrases that people stumble over Rex

Whether you're trying to sound sophisticated or simply repeating what you've heard, word fails are all too common and can make smart people sound dumb.

In his latest book, "The Sense of Style," Harvard cognitive scientist and linguist Steven Pinker explores the most common words and phrases that people stumble over.

The book is like a modern version of Strunk and White's classic "The Elements of Style," but one based on linguistics and updated for the 21st century.

Since there is no definitive body governing the rules of the English language like there is for the French language, for example, matters of style and grammar have always remained relatively debatable. Pinker's rules and preferences are no different, but the majority of the words and phrases he identifies are agreed upon and can help your writing and speaking.

We've highlighted the most common mistakes according to Pinker using examples directly from his book along with some of our own.

Here are the main ones to look out for:

  • Adverse means detrimental and does not mean averse or disinclined.
Correct: "There were adverse effects." / "I'm not averse to doing that."
  • Appraise means to ascertain the value of and does not mean to apprise or to inform.
Correct: "I appraised the jewels." / "I apprised him of the situation."
  • As far as means the same as but cannot be used the same way as as for.
Correct: "As far as the money is concerned ..." / As for the money ...
  • Begs the question means assumes what it should be proving and does not mean raises the question.
Correct: "When I asked the dealer why I should pay more for the German car, he said I would be getting 'German quality,' but that just begs the question."
  • Bemused means bewildered and does not mean amused.
Correct: The unnecessarily complex plot left me bemused. / The silly comedy amused me.
  • Cliché is a noun and is not an adjective.
Correct: "Shakespeare used a lot of clichés." / The plot was so clichéd.
  • Credible means believable and does not mean credulous or gullible.
Correct: His sales pitch was not credible. / The con man took advantage of credulous people.
  • Criteria is the plural, not the singular of criterion.
    Correct: These are important criteria.
  • Data is a plural count noun not, standardly speaking, a mass noun. [Note: "Data is rarely used as a plural today, just as candelabra and agenda long ago ceased to be plurals," Pinker writes. "But I still like it."]
Correct: "This datum supports the theory, but many of the other data refute it."
  • Depreciate means to decrease in value and does not mean to deprecate or to disparage.
Correct: My car has depreciated a lot over the years. / She deprecated his efforts.
  • Dichotomy means two mutually exclusive alternatives and does not mean difference or discrepancy.
Correct: There is a dichotomy between even and odd numbers. / There is a discrepancy between what we see and what is really there.

  • Disinterested means unbiasedand does not mean uninterested.
Correct: "The dispute should be resolved by a disinterested judge." / Why are you so uninterested in my story?
  • Enervate means to sap or to weaken and does not mean to energize.
Correct: That was an enervating rush hour commute. / That was an energizing cappuccino.
  • Enormity means extreme evil and does not mean enormousness. [Note: It is acceptable to use it to mean a deplorable enormousness.]
Correct: The enormity of the terrorist bombing brought bystanders to tears. / The enormousness of the homework assignment required several hours of work.

  • Flaunt means to show off and does not mean to flout.
Correct: "She flaunted her abs." / "She flouted the rules."
  • Flounder means to flop around ineffectually and does not mean to founder or to sink to the bottom.
Correct: "The indecisive chairman floundered." / "The headstrong chairman foundered."
  • Fortuitous means coincidental or unplanned and does not mean fortunate.
Correct: Running into my old friend was fortuitous. / It was fortunate that I had a good amount of savings after losing my job.
  • Fulsome means unctuous or excessively or insincerely complimentary and does not mean full or copious.
Correct: She didn't believe his fulsome love letter. / The bass guitar had a full sound.
  • Homogeneous is pronounced as homo-genius and "homogenous" is not a word but a corruption of homogenized.
Correct: The population was not homogeneous; it was a melting pot.
  • Hone means to sharpen and does not mean to home in on or to converge upon.
Correct: She honed her writing skills. / We're homing in on a solution.

Correct: "It was ironic that I forgot my textbook on human memory." / It was unfortunate that I forgot my textbook the night before the quiz.
  • Irregardless is not a word but a portmanteau of regardlessand irrespective. [Note: Pinker acknowledges that certain schools of thought regard "irregardless" as simply non-standard, but he insists it should not even be granted that.]
Correct: Regardless of how you feel, it's objectively the wrong decision. / Everyone gets a vote, irrespective of their position.
  • Literally means in actual fact and does not mean figuratively.
Correct: I didn't mean for you to literally run over here. / I'd rather die than listen to another one of his lectures — figuratively speaking, of course!
  • Luxuriant means abundant or florid and does not mean luxurious.
Correct: The poet has a luxuriant imagination. / The car's fine leather seats were luxurious.
  • Meretricious means tawdry or offensively insincere and does not mean meritorious.
Correct: We rolled our eyes at the meretricious speech. / The city applauded the meritorious mayor.
  • Mitigate means to alleviate and does not mean to militate or to provide reasons for.
Correct: The spray should mitigate the bug problem. / Their inconceivable differences will militate against the treaty.

  • Phenomena is a plural count noun — not a mass noun.
Correct: The phenomenon was intriguing, but it was only one of many phenomena gathered by the telescope.
  • Politically correct means dogmatically left-liberal and does not mean fashionable, trendy. [Note: Pinker considers its contemporary roots as a pejorative term by American and British conservatives, not its more casual use as meaning inoffensive.]
Correct: "The theory that little boys fight because of the way they have been socialized is the politically correct one." / Williamsburg is the trendy place to live in Brooklyn.

MEDICAL BREAKTHROUGH: ANY TYPE OF CANCER CAN BE CURED IN JUST 2-6 WEEKS

Dr. Leonard Coldwell claims that any type of cancer can be cured in just 2 to 6 weeks. Make sure you take a look at the video bellow this article. You will be surprised when you see it. Yes, that’s true, cancer can be cured. I hope you’ll be amazed as I was when I watched the video for the first time.

Cancer is one of the most dangerous and deadly diseases today. A lot of families have lost a family member cause of this deadly disease. My dad died of cancer when I was 17. That was extremely painful experience for me and it had changed my life completely. The worst thing in your life is to look how the cancer eats your closest family members and friends from the inside and you can’t do anything about it. When I saw Dr. Coldwell’s video and article I was so happy and amazed, because I don’t want to see people die from this terrible disease and their closest friends and family suffer if they lose one. Cancer can attack anyone. You can never know who will be its next victim. So make sure you watch this video bellow and start believing that there is hope for all cancer and future cancer patients.

The Cancer Industry is too Prosperous to Allow a Cure for Cancer

You’ve probably heard the term “cancer can be treated with the convention chemotherapy treatments and prescribed medications”. But do you actually believe that these medications can cure cancer? I don’t! We’ve spent everything we had to pay for my father’s chemotherapy treatments and medications. All these treatments cost a fortune, and didn’t help my dad with his disease. They even made it worse. In the last few weeks, my dad suffered from agonizing pains, caused by the chemotherapy treatment. Do you know why the cancer industry still offers the chemotherapy and cancer medications to the cancer patients? It’s all because of money. Nobody from the medical industry actually cares about the patients. They just care about profit and making money on selling medications that don’t work and treat cancer patients with the conventional chemotherapy methods that are killing more good cells, than the cancer ones.

Have you ever heard about Dr. Leonard Coldwell?

Dr. Coldwell’s family had some serious cancer problems. All seven brothers and sisters, from his mother’s side suffered from carcinoma. His dad and his grandma also died from cancer. He saw how his closest family members and friends die from this terrible disease and he couldn’t do anything about it. That’s why he dedicated his life in finding an effective cure for cancer.

In his career so far, Dr. Coldwell has seen more than 35,000 patients, around 2.2 million partakers in his workshops who write their life stories and has more than 7 million fans who read his articles and reports. According to some influential people in the medical industry, Dr. Coldwell has one of the leading roles in curing cancer. His website was blocked by the federal government, because of his success in curing cancer.

Dr. Leonard Coldwell claims that cancer can be cured in most patients, without using the conventional chemotherapy treatments or any contact with radiation. But he is not allowed to tell this to anyone. Dr. Coldwell says that’s because of the people who make profit from cancer patients and the law doesn’t allow him to do so.

The healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry earn millions and millions of dollars through the cancer industry. This situation makes legislators legislate laws that will kill us. Or they will make you sick, and the laws that are supposed to protect us will not allow the right treatment for this deadly disease. They will make you sick and make the disease even worse with the poisonous and harsh “medical” treatments.

Dr. Coldwell – The Only Answer to Cancer

Dr. Leonard Coldwell claims that any type of cancer can be cured in 2 to 16 weeks. And there are some types of cancer, if treated with the right treatment can be healed in few minutes. He says that positivity and hopefulness that really helps in the healing process.

First of all, Dr. Coldwell says that we need to eat more vegetables. This type of diet gives the body lots of oxygen. And if we add calcium and other alkalizing foods we will alkalize our bodies. This is very important for all cancer patients because the progress of cancer stop when the body is alkalized.

Other important thing you should know is that our body has to achieve what is called a therapeutic Ph level. pH has 14 levels from 0 to 14. The lower values are the acidic region and the higher values are the alkaline region. The median neutral level is Ph 7. When the body reaches pH 7 it’s alkaline. A level of 7.36 is very good, but when it comes to treatment, a pH of around 7.5 or higher should be present.

Dr. Coldwell claims that the “intravenous” injection of Vitamin C is very helpful. 100 cc every day, 3 times a week or less will give more than amazing results. Believe it or not, the cancer disappears in a few days after the Vitamin C injection.

Other thing you should do is eliminate hypoxia. Dr. Martin, Dr. Coldwell’s friend offers a great solution for this – an oxygen therapy which involves several steps. In this method, blood is taken out, it’s enriched with pure oxygen and then re-injected into the body 12 times. When the blood is taken out of the body has a shade black color. But with this therapy, the blood that is re-injected has a shade of beautiful pink, like the blood of newborn baby. It’s completely fresh. This treatment fills the body with energy.

Vitamin C and E – the miracle cures

Dr. Coldwell says that you need to eat foods, which have high amount of Vitamin C, such as: chili peppers, cabbage, broccoli, papaya, strawberries, cauliflower, pineapples, kiwi fruit, oranges and lemons. But, Vitamin C is not the only vitamin that has healing powers. We can add Vitamin E to this category as well. Vitamin E is extremely helpful with blood pressure. When it’s treated quickly and effectively in any form, Vitamin E has shown that I can produce stunning results. But, the best source of Vitamin E should be a natural source, and not the artificially produced ones. A study done with artificial produced Vitamin E has shown that it was ineffective.

Remember, chemicals won’t help you with cancer. The nature is the one that brings all these illnesses and the nature again will come to the rescue. We all know that cancer didn’t exist 100 years ago and there are no reasons to exist now. We have caused this serious problem by ourselves. As we said before, the best and the most effective way to get rid of cancer is to consume fresh organic vegetables and other fresh raw foods.

Drink Water with sea salt

Other important thing, according to Dr. Coldwell is to drink 4 liters of water with ½ teaspoon of sea salt every day – unless you suffer from any type of kidney problem. If you think that excessive amounts of salt can lead to high blood pressure, Dr. Coldwell says not to worry. He says that even though we thought high amounts of salt is bad, the truth is actually the opposite. In fact, salt is essential. Lack of salt can create problems in your blood. Dr. Coldwell says that the electrical signal transmit only if the required amount of salt is present in our body.

What kind of salt do you use?

The real problem is with the table salt we all consume. The table salt we all consume contains only a third of actual salt. It contains 1/3 of glass and 1/3 of sand. This can cause some serious problems for our bodies. The sand and the glass irritate the blood vessels and they start bleeding. Then cholesterol clogs up to protect the blood vessels. Now you will think that high cholesterol can cause high blood pressure, right? But you are wrong again. This is not true, because you can’t die from excessive cholesterol. But you can have some serious problems if you have deficiency in cholesterol. Some people have had cholesterol as high as 60 and haven’t had any illness in their life.

HDL and LDL are proteins that move cholesterol?

To be honest, I have never heard about this before. We all know that there is good and bad cholesterol, or the so called HDL and LDL cholesterol. But, Dr. Coldwell disagrees and says that it’s not cholesterol. He says that they are proteins that move cholesterol. Everything we thought we knew about this is completely wrong. But, how the doctors who say these things can be wrong too? For this we have Dr. Neal’s opinion. Dr. Gray Neal says that according to the statistics the doctors have the shortest life span – they live 56 years, they suffer from alcoholism, drug abuse, as well as has the highest rate of suicides – it is higher only with psychiatrist – and yet we go to ask them how to live longer, happier and healthier life. I believe that you should change your opinion.

QQ

Indonesia is burning. So why is the world looking away?

‘Children are being prepared for evacuation in warships already some have choked to death. Species are going up in smoke at an untold rate.’ Photograph: Ulet Ifansasti/Getty Images

I’ve often wondered how the media would respond when eco-apocalypse struck. I pictured the news programmes producing brief, sensational reports, while failing to explain why it was happening or how it might be stopped. Then they would ask their financial correspondents how the disaster affected share prices, before turning to the sport. As you can probably tell, I don’t have an ocean of faith in the industry for which I work. What I did not expect was that they would ignore it.
Indonesia fires: Widodo visits haze-hit zone as country becomes worst polluter

A great tract of Earth is on fire. It looks as you might imagine hell to be. The air has turned ochre: visibility in some cities has been reduced to 30 metres. Children are being prepared for evacuation in warships; already some havechoked to death. Species are going up in smoke at an untold rate. It is almost certainly the greatest environmental disaster of the 21st century – so far.

Play Video:

And the media? It’s talking about the dress the Duchess of Cambridge wore to the James Bond premiere, Donald Trump’s idiocy du jour and who got eliminated from the Halloween episode of Dancing with the Stars. The great debate of the week, dominating the news across much of the world? Sausages: are they really so bad for your health?

What I’m discussing is a barbecue on a different scale. Fire is raging across the 5,000km length of Indonesia. It is surely, on any objective assessment, more important than anything else taking place today. And it shouldn’t require a columnist, writing in the middle of a newspaper, to say so. It should be on everyone’s front page. It is hard to convey the scale of this inferno, but here’s a comparison that might help: it is currently producing more carbon dioxide than the US economy. And in three weeks the fires have released more CO2 than the annual emissions of Germany.

But that doesn’t really capture it. This catastrophe cannot be measured only in parts per million. The fires are destroying treasures as precious and irreplaceable as the archaeological remains being levelled by Isis. Orangutans, clouded leopards, sun bears, gibbons, the Sumatran rhinoceros and Sumatran tiger, these are among the threatened species being driven from much of their range by the flames. But there are thousands, perhaps millions, more.

One of the burning provinces is West Papua, a nation that has been illegally occupied by Indonesia since 1963. I spent six months there when I was 24, investigating some of the factors that have led to this disaster. At the time it was a wonderland, rich with endemic species in every swamp and valley. Who knows how many of those have vanished in the past few weeks? This week I have pored and wept over photos of places I loved that have now been reduced to ash.

Nor do the greenhouse gas emissions capture the impact on the people of these lands. After the last great conflagration, in 1997, there was a missing cohort in Indonesia of 15,000 children under the age of three, attributed to air pollution. This, it seems, is worse. The surgical masks being distributed across the nation will do almost nothing to protect those living in a sunless smog. Members of parliament in Kalimantan (Indonesian Borneo) have had to wear face masks during debates. The chamber is so foggy that they must have difficulty recognising one another.

It’s not just the trees that are burning. It is the land itself. Much of the forest sits on great domes of peat. When the fires penetrate the earth, they smoulder for weeks, sometimes months, releasing clouds of methane, carbon monoxide, ozone and exotic gases such as ammonium cyanide. The plumes extend for hundreds of miles, causingdiplomatic conflicts with neighbouring countries.

Indonesia burning: forest fires predicted to be worst on record

Why is this happening? Indonesia’s forests have been fragmented for decades by timber and farming companies. Canals have been cut through the peat to drain and dry it. Plantation companies move in to destroy what remains of the forest to plant monocultures of pulpwood, timber and palm oil. The easiest way to clear the land is to torch it. Every year, this causes disasters. But in an extreme El Niño year like this one, we have a perfect formula for environmental catastrophe.

The president, Joko Widodo, is – or wants to be – a democrat. But he presides over a nation in which fascism and corruption flourish. As Joshua Oppenheimer’s documentary The Act of Killing shows, leaders of the death squads that helped murder a million people during Suharto’s terror in the 1960s, with the approval of the west, have since prospered through other forms of organised crime, including illegal deforestation.

They are supported by a paramilitary organisation with three million members, called Pancasila Youth. With its orange camo-print uniforms, scarlet berets, sentimental gatherings and schmaltzy music, it looks like a fascist militia as imagined by JG Ballard. There has been no truth, no reconciliation; the mass killers are still treated as heroes and feted on television. In some places, especially West Papua, the political murders continue.

Those who commit crimes against humanity don’t hesitate to commit crimes against nature. Though Joko Widodo seems to want to stop the burning, his reach is limited. His government’s policies are contradictory: among them are new subsidies for palm oil production that make further burning almost inevitable. Some plantation companies, prompted by their customers, have promised to stop destroying the rainforest. Government officials have responded angrily, arguing that such restraint impedes the country’s development. That smoke blotting out the nation, which has already cost itsome $30bn? That, apparently, is development.

From rainforest to your cupboard: the real story of palm oil - interactive

Our leverage is weak, but there are some things we can do. Some companies using palm oil have made visible efforts to reform their supply chains; but others seem to move more slowly and opaquely. Starbucks, PepsiCo and Kraft Heinz are examples. Don’t buy their products until you see results.

On Monday, Widodo was in Washington, meeting Barack Obama. Obama, the official communiqué recorded, “welcomed President Widodo’s recent policy actions to combat and prevent forest fires”. The eco-apocalypse taking place as they conferred, which makes a mockery of these commitments, wasn’t mentioned.

Governments ignore issues when the media ignores them. And the media ignores them because … well, there’s a question with a thousand answers, many of which involve power. But one reason is the complete failure of perspective in a de-skilled industry dominated by corporate press releases, photo ops and fashion shoots, where everyone seems to be waiting for everyone else to take a lead. The media makes a collective non-decision to treat this catastrophe as a non-issue, and we all carry on as if it’s not happening.

At the climate summit in Paris in December the media, trapped within the intergovernmental bubble of abstract diplomacy and manufactured drama, will cover the negotiations almost without reference to what is happening elsewhere. The talks will be removed to a realm with which we have no moral contact. And, when the circus moves on, the silence will resume. Is there any other industry that serves its customers so badly?
