Ice Bucket Challenge? Just an Idiotic act...

Few of my own point:

First, it doesn't look like charity anymore, its become some idiotic challenge (I dare U) GAME
Second, you are not celebrities, nobody really care about it, u just make yourself a clown to the world.
Third, its waste of water, you can just donate the money. True Charity beauty come from heart.
Forth, there are more people die from AIDS and others disease than the ASL. ASL is not the only decese that's kill!! And ALS is so rare in ASIA!!!! Why help/support others while your own country need more help??
Fifth, It just a celebrities marketing gimmick

Base on the rules I found online:
  1. Nominate few friends name for the challenge
  2. Do the ICE bucket pouring to test drive on the disease and video it
  3. Post the video on social site & SPAM the #hashtag
  4. Donate $$ http://www.alsa.org/ or maybe not...As the rule stated, u can ignore the donate if you do the stupid ice bucket challenge, if not you have to donate USD$100. This mean "everyone" who do the ice bucket challenge can skip this step!!

The real charity should be come from the heart, the true beauty, not challenged nor challenge/force others to do it. Others I see is all just for fun/fame/trend....

最终,巴黎警察问:WHERE IS LUCY?

  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
再简单说一下女神的表演,很多人在喷女神脸木不会拍戏,我必须要吐槽一下,你丫到底懂不懂啊!(虽然她一开始还是正常人时演恐惧和柔弱真心不太到位,肯定是黑寡妇演多了已经是女王状态了)
女神在这个片子里存在五个阶段状态
  • 人类状态:被黑社会抓到的时候的恐惧,求饶。这是人类本能。
  • 初级开发:20~30%的时候,也是刚从黑帮老巢逃离的时候,这时候她还必须用枪解决问题。可以理解为身体机能提升、判断力提升、知识小范围提升,还有情绪——给妈妈打电话。
  • 第二阶段开发:离开医院,上飞机前以及第二次吸收CHP4时。她开始看到物体本质,看到万物分子,能够快速吸收知识,能够控制电波电流。这个阶段她虽然情绪波动不大了,但在飞机上开始分解的时候还有恐惧,记得吗?
  • 第三阶段开发:下飞机后到达巴黎开始。这时候她不再用枪了,她能控制物体和肉体,不需要杀人了。这个阶段她已经无七情六欲了。所以从这个阶段开始没有表情了。她已经比较理解自己的身体状况并且能跟博士深入讨论科学内容了。
  • .第四阶段开发:就是进入100%之后了,消失与存在。
这就是我所理解的《超体》,你看懂了吗?
10 Things Nightlife Has Taught Me
Nightlife may very well be one of the most artificial scenes on planet earth, yet it remains an attraction virtually all people feel they must engage in.
Nightlife does not just refer to going out and drinking a beer at the local bar, but rather an immersion in an exciting and adventurous way of life, a glamorous environment many embrace for how different and it is compared to their boring, daily routines.
Thanks mostly to the influence of popular culture, we have all dreamed of drinking at clubs engulfed in loud music and beautiful women. With the rise of EDM (electronic dance music) going from just feel good music to worldwide phenomenon, more and more clubs have began to open up everywhere due of the increased demand of this atmosphere.
I used to be one of those guys who went out every night, making it my top priority to party more than anyone I knew. Since I’ve also experienced nightlife all around the world, it’s safe to say I have learned some valuable lessons in terms of the different experiences I have had trying to make my fantasies of being in a hip-hop video come true. From all the up’s and down’s along the way, here is the reality of the modern day club scene.
10. Nothing is what it seems
Nightlife is a façade. It’s almost as if it’s not even real because of how many artificial people, smiles and relationships are made within it. From the outside, nightlife looks like one of the coolest things anyone has ever seen but from the inside it is nothing more than some insecure people trying to fit in and look like they are having the time of their lives.
Sometimes you will go to a table where everyone looks like they are having fun only to find out they were really looking to get as many free drinks as possible off innocent people who don’t know who they really are.
This actually makes sense because all the information given out pertaining to people’s lives is mostly as fake as the horrific spray tan standing right next to you.
9. Thank God for EDM
This is more of an observation than a lesson but has anyone ever thought about what the hell the world would ever do without the increase in the popularity of EDM? This music has become the new age rock and has in turn created its own breed of new age hippies.
The industry has become a cash cow and any heavily promoted night with a big DJ will have crowds lining up at the door to get in. EDM is the feel good music that puts a smile on everyone’s face when they realize how much fun it is to dance to. Can you imagine if hip-hop were still hot and we were all standing around still leaning back and trying to mimic the lyrics of every song?
8. The crowds are getting worse and worse
It seems that nightlife is getting worse and worse out there.
With drugs and sex both becoming more and more a part of the culture, the respect this generation has for itself is long gone. Instead, it’s all about having a story to tell rather than what actually happens in the story itself.
7. No one is really having fun
One of the things I have noticed from going out on countless nights is that if you look around, no one is actually having any fun. They are just standing there trying to look like they fit in, desperately worried about what everyone looking at them is thinking as opposed to what the people they have surrounded themselves with are saying.
So many times will you see people pretending to be busy on their phones when they are actually playing a game to distract themselves from the fact that they aren’t really talking to anyone at all. Worst of all are the couples at the club who will almost always be fighting rather than enjoying each other’s company.
6. When in doubt go with the help
Every alpha male has a soft spot for bottle waitresses for two reasons. The first being that it’s a challenge to pick them up, since every guy they see is trying to do the same thing and we all know how alpha males love challenges.
Secondly, odds are they are probably the hottest girls in the club and also the smartest since they have figured out a great way to make money off the stupidity of others.
Even though she might be secretly laughing at your mistake of purchasing a 10 dollar bottle of Vodka that the club buys at a wholesale price, their confidence mixed with their happiness with the environment is the most attractive thing you’ll find there.
5. Europe is where it’s at
Partying in America sucks when compared to the nightlife in Europe. The only place that is even considered fun in the states is club LIV in Miami because it’s the only club that has a real European style in terms of the level of partying and the size of the club (most clubs in LA and NY are the size of shoeboxes for some reason).
In America, people are just trying way too hard to look like they are having fun whereas in Europe, the people tend to care more about who they are talking to rather than who is looking at them from afar. American nightlife is like the canal street version of the real fun that goes on in places such as Ibiza, Mykonos, Moscow, Barcelona and so on.
4. No reason to buy champagne
Under no circumstances is there absolutely reason to buy champagne in a club. For starters, if you are so insecure that you need some cheap sparklers to surround your table for a mere 1 and a half minutes then you have other issues that need to be addressed.
Champagne ultimately has nothing to offer you. It runs out faster than a wishing well, gets no one drunk in the process and people get tired of it so fast that when the night ends there will usually be at least two filled glasses left on the table. Lastly, the hangover from champagne is the one of the most excruciating hangovers a human being can experience. It’s just not worth the trouble.
3. Promoters are terrible people
Throughout the course of going out, I have maybe come by one promoter that was actually a normal person. Club promoters are usually a scheming race of people who think they are relevant because they bring in models who sit at their tables drinking Svedka.
These guys think everyone wants to be them when really everybody is wondering how someone so reportedly well off is hanging out with trash and drinking cheap liquor. They are stuck in the night life scene and never seem to find their way out.
2. No celebrity wants to be your friend
It doesn’t matter how many bottles that you send over to their table, no celebrity will ever give a f*ck about you. That being said, you have no right to ever say you partied with celebrities just because you were 15 feet away from their table and maybe saw the side of their head.
They couldn’t care less about the peasants that are trying to snap pictures with them and will gladly take all your groupies for the great price of nothing in return.
1. None of this matters
If you haven’t had that moment in a club yet where you’re just standing there, thinking “none of this matters,” than your priorities are in the wrong place. After going out for so long you soon realize that it’s all the same, monotonous routine and aside from a terrible hangover and sloppy sex, this scene has absolutely nothing to offer.
It doesn’t benefit your life at all and the next day is always the most unproductive day you’ve ever had. There are more important things you can be doing with your time like working or building your future rather than looking for a quick five minutes of fun and avoiding FOMO. Grow up buddy.
飯後吃它,大量排出體內致癌物質 ,可惜沒幾個人知道!
這個神奇的東西是什麼呢? 對!就是...
研究人員發現,飯後吃個梨或喝杯熱梨汁,積存在人體內的致癌物質可以大量排出。調查結果顯示,吸煙或者吃烤肉等在體內聚集的強致癌物質多環芳香烴,在吃梨後會顯著降低,特別是喝了加熱過的梨汁。專家建議,在人們熱衷於吃煎烤食品、快餐類食品的今天,飯後吃個梨不失為壹種值得推薦的健康生活方式。
梨子自古被推尊為“百果之宗”。味甘微酸、性寒、無毒。可以止咳、潤肺涼心、消炎降火、解痰毒酒毒之功效。梨子含有充足水分、及壹些葡萄糖、蔗糖和維生素A、B、C、D、E並能提供纖維素和鈣、磷、鐵、碘、鉀等微量元素。還有壹定量的蛋白質、脂肪、胡蘿蔔素、維生素B1、B2和蘋果酸等。能維持身體細胞的健康狀態,幫助器官排毒、凈化機體,軟化血管,促進血液循環把血中的鈣質運送至骨骼,增強骨鈣質。但是吃梨子必須細嚼慢咽才能更好的被消化道吸收和利用,起到應有的效果。
飯後吃梨有益健康
研究人員對吸煙者進行了試驗,讓他們在4天內連續每天吃750克梨,並測定吃梨前後尿液中多環芳香烴的代謝產物1-羥基芘含量。結果發現,吸煙6小時後吃梨,人體血液內1-羥基芘會經尿液大量排出;如果不吃梨,1-羥基芘排出很少。而加熱的梨汁含有大量的抗癌物質多酚,給註射過致癌物質的小白鼠喝這樣的梨汁,白鼠尿液中就能排出大量的1-羥基芘毒素,從而有效預防癌癥。
另外,梨雖然很甜,但其熱量和脂肪含量很低,中老年人多吃些梨,可以幫助人體凈化器官,軟化血管。吃梨還對厭食、消化不良、腸炎、慢性咽炎等疾病有壹定的輔助療效。不過,專家提醒,梨雖然是佳果,也不宜多食,風寒咳嗽、脘腹冷痛、脾虛便塘者以及產婦都要慎食。梨還有利尿作用,夜尿頻者睡前要少吃梨。梨含果酸多,胃酸較多的人,也不可多食。
雖然司空見慣,但妳未必知道喝梨汁的9大好處:
第壹、潤肺清燥、止咳化痰、養血生肌
梨汁味甘酸而平,有潤肺清燥、止咳化痰、養血生肌的作用,因此對喉幹燥、癢、痛、音啞、痰稠等均有良效。
第二、促進胃腸蠕動
梨汁富含膳食纖維,是最好的腸胃“清潔工”。飯館裏的飯菜大都以“味”取勝,食物多油膩或辛辣,吃後容易誘發便秘。而飯後喝杯梨汁,能促進胃腸蠕動,使積存在體內的有害物質大量排出,避免便秘。
第三、保護肝臟、適合飲酒的人
梨含有較多糖類和多種維生素,對肝臟有壹定的保護作用,特別適合飲酒人士。
第四、低血壓、養陰清熱
梨具有降低血壓、養陰清熱的功效,患高血壓、心臟病、肝炎、肝硬化的病人,經常喝些梨汁大有益處。
第五、有助腎臟排泄
梨有助於腎臟排泄尿酸和預防痛風、風濕病和關節炎。
第六、促進食欲,助消化
梨能促進食欲,幫助消化,並有利尿通便和解熱作用,可用於高熱時補充水分和營養。
第七、養陰潤燥消風
梨具有潤燥消風的功效,在氣候幹燥時,人們常感到皮膚瘙癢、口鼻幹燥,有時幹咳少痰,每天喝壹兩杯梨汁可緩解幹燥。
第八、緩解咽喉刺激
吸煙的人喝梨汁,可以減輕香煙中有害物質對咽喉、呼吸道的刺激。
第九、補充水分 適合老人
梨汁含有80%以上的水分,經常忘了喝水的老年人,喝梨汁可達到補充水分的目的。
The Ebola outbreak
source: http://edition.cnn.com/2014/08/01/health/ebola-outbreak-questions/
(CNN) -- Fear over Ebola is growing as international leaders and health organizations struggle to try to stop the deadly epidemic in West Africa.
The Ebola outbreak "is moving faster than our efforts to control it," Margaret Chan, director-general of the World Health Organization, said in a statement Friday. "This is an unprecedented outbreak accompanied by unprecedented challenges. And these challenges are extraordinary."
This is the first Ebola outbreak in West Africa and involves the most deadly strain in the Ebola virus family, Chan said.
"If the situation continues to deteriorate, the consequences can be catastrophic in terms of lost lives but also severe socioeconomic disruption and a high risk of spread to other countries."
One of those countries could be the United States, health officials have said. In fact, the U.S. Department of State announced Friday that it is working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to bring home two U.S. citizens who have been infected by Ebola in Liberia.
Here's what you need to know about the Ebola outbreak today:
How many people have died?
As of Sunday, the World Health Organization had confirmed 909 cases and 485 deaths in Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Nigeria. It suspects that there may have been up to 1,323 cases and 729 deaths.
"The outbreak is by far the largest ever in the nearly four-decade history of this disease," Chan said. "It is the largest in terms of numbers of cases and deaths. ... It is the largest in terms of geographical areas already affected and others at immediate risk of further spread."
CDC Director Tom Frieden said Thursday that it could take three to six months to stop the epidemic.
Why is it spreading so quickly?
First of all, there's no vaccine for Ebola. So health officials have to stop the infection by isolating patients to prevent further transmission.
Past outbreaks have primarily occurred in rural areas, where people were not frequently traveling and infecting others. This outbreak has made it to several of the region's major cities, including Freetown, Sierra Leone; Monrovia, Liberia; and Conakry, Guinea.
These cities have international airports, which opens up the possibility of infected patients traveling abroad. For example, American Patrick Sawyer became infected with Ebola in Liberia and traveled via plane to Lagos, Nigeria, where he died. Health officials are still tracing all the people he came in contact with along the way.
The outbreak is "taking place in areas with fluid population movements over porous borders, and it has demonstrated its ability to spread via air travel, contrary to what has been seen in past outbreaks," Chan said.
"Cases are occurring in rural areas which are difficult to access, but also in densely populated capital cities."
NIH: Ebola vaccine to be tested in human trials soon
Is Ebola is coming to the U.S.?
On Thursday, a medical charter plane outfitted with an isolation pod left Cartersville, Georgia, about 5 p.m. The aircraft was scheduled to fly to Monrovia, Liberia, and will return with either Dr. Kent Brantly or Nancy Writebol, who were infected with Ebola while working for the aid group Samaritan's Purse in Liberia last week.
The two patients will be evacuated in separate trips, according to Samaritan's Purse spokesman Todd Shearer. It is unclear who will be transported first but both evacuations "should be completed by early next week."
Samaritan's Purse has described Brantly and Writebol as being in grave but stable condition.
Several aid organizations, including the Peace Corps, are asking volunteers and nonessential personnel to leave the region. The evacuation of these staff members has begun, Samaritan's Purse said.
Who approved that?
The decision was ultimately that of Samaritan's Purse, Frieden told CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta. The organization worked with the CDC to arrange the evacuation.
"Our role at CDC is to make sure in the transportation and in the care, any risk of infection to others is kept to the absolute minimum," Frieden said. "I know it creates a fear in people, but I really hope that people's fear won't outweigh their compassion."
Is the CDC ready to handle Ebola?
Trust in the CDC has waned in recent months, after multiple lapses in proper lab procedure put workers -- and potentially the public -- at risk. Investigators found that scientists had transported dangerous biological materials in Ziploc bags and once sent a live sample of bird flu to a low-security lab ill-equipped to handle the virus.
The investigation began in June, when workers based at the agency's headquarters in Atlanta were potentially exposed to anthrax after a lab failed to deactivate it. Congress grilled Frieden on July 16 over these and other incidents, saying they were "completely unacceptable."
"The CDC is supposed to be the gold standard" for lab safety, Rep. Tim Murphy, R-Pennsylvania, said at the hearing. "This is not sound science, and this will not be tolerated."
Which prompts the question: If the CDC wasn't handling dangerous biological materials properly in a lab, is it ready to handle America's first Ebola patient?
Frieden said that in the past, five people have arrived in the United States with other types of hemorrhagic fever; in all five cases, the patients were treated in hospitals, and no secondary infections occurred. And Medecins sans Frontieres has treated infectious disease abroad for decades without a death, he said.
"The stakes are higher with Ebola, but the risk is no higher. It's a virus easily deactivated with standard cleaning in hospitals."
When will the infected Americans be evacuated?
Soon. The State Department said the two citizens would be evacuated in the "coming days."
When it arrives, the plane will land at Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Georgia, about 20 miles from the CDC's Atlanta headquarters, a Pentagon spokesman said.
Then where will the patients go?
The patients will be brought to Emory University, which is near CDC's headquarters, hospital officials told Gupta. They will likely be transported in an Emory ambulance or medical helicopter from the airport.
Emory University Hospital has a specially built isolation unit that is designed to treat patients exposed to infectious diseases like Ebola, the hospital said in a statement Thursday. It is one of only four units in the United States.
"Emory University Hospital physicians, nurses and staff are highly trained in the specific and unique protocols and procedures necessary to treat and care for this type of patient," the statement said. "These procedures are practiced on a regular basis throughout the year so we are fully prepared for this type of situation."
What treatment will they receive?
There is no specific treatment for Ebola. Doctors can administer only "supportive therapy," which means supporting the patient's own immune system as it tries to battle the infection. This usually involves intravenous fluids to prevent dehydration and shock. This therapy for Ebola patients could also include blood or platelet transfusions and oxygen therapy.
Ebola can last two to three weeks, so patients would remain in isolation until their symptoms subside and tests come back negative for the virus.
Should I be worried?
When the infected aid workers return, it will be the first time someone infected with Ebola is known to have crossed into the United States. That realization has prompted fear among some on social media.
But U.S. health experts don't seem concerned about it spreading for two reasons:
One, Ebola is aggressively infectious, which means that those infected are highly likely to get sick. But it's not very contagious, meaning it doesn't spread easily. It's transmitted only through bodily fluids while the infected patient is exhibiting symptoms.
And two, experts say our health care system would be able to identify and contain the virus swiftly.
Frieden said other aid workers returning to the United States will have their temperature taken every day for 21 days -- the longest period known for Ebola symptoms to appear after infection -- to ensure that they don't have the virus.
Have other aid workers been affected?
Yes. A well-known doctor fighting Ebola in Sierra Leone died this week after contracting the virus.
"To date, more than 60 health care workers have lost their lives in helping others. Some international staff are infected," Chan said. "These tragic infections and deaths significantly erode response capacity."
你能接受多少異樣眼光?10部影史上必須要列為教育片的電影
人類雖然有生存在這個世界上的權力,可以為自己所愛的一切事物去追求,去努力,但是顯然很多人們不是這樣覺得的。所以我們才會發生了納粹屠殺猶太人的慘案;我們才出現了3K黨。隨著時代越來越進步,我們越來越知道不應該對特定族群有所歧視,而電影有著寓教於樂的功能,影史上有哪些電影有著對一些特定族群的不平等待遇,在欣賞著這些電影的同時,我們又該如何思考背後嚴肅又深刻的話題。一起來看看這幾部值得好好討論的電影!
10. 衝擊效應
歧視與成見,融合在同一部電影中的交錯複雜,但最後卻又讓你無法忘懷.電影裡面每一個角色都成功的詮釋出人們都會有的先入為主的刻版印象問題,有了先入為主的刻版印象後,我們會對別人產生既定的成見,另外,「差異」更是人們衝突的主要原因之一。信仰、種族、國籍、膚色、語言等,各種差異都是人們會拿來區分敵我的選項。我們唯有讓自己不要有先入為主的成見,試著去理解對方的處境,以及尊重彼此間的差異,方可化解人們之間的種種衝突與歧視。
9. 盧安達大飯店
我們無法想像同樣生存在地球上的一群人居然會去屠殺另一群人,但是歷史卻是一在重演!1994 年盧安達境內胡圖人( Hutu )以消滅圖西人( Tutsi )為由,展開了極恐怖的種族大屠殺,不論男女老幼一律屠殺,此事件雖然震驚了全世界,當時卻沒有任何國家伸出援手,坐視屠殺不顧乃至最後結果慘絕人寰:在長達 100 天的屠殺中,竟將近有 100 萬人被殺害,並造成 10 萬名兒童成為無家可歸的孤兒。《盧安達飯店》 (Hotel Rwanda)由真人真事所改編,敍述在這場盧安達內戰期間,一名飯店經理不顧個人生死安危,冒險搶救了上千名無助難民的感人故事。這是相當沈重的電影,但是必須要讓各位去收看!因為我們絕不會再忍受這樣的歷史再次發生!
8. District 9 第九禁區
你會狠狠的嘲笑歧視他們,直到你變成他們其中一員為止!《第九禁區》狠狠地數落嘲諷那些關於種族歧視的傲慢與偏見,整體來說《第九禁區》算是包著科幻的外衣,但卻是暗藏著對人性無知面的強力批判!
7. 馴龍高手How to Train your Dragon
你是不是在努力著扮演不屬於自己的角色,只為了迎合社會上對你有不同的看法?你是不是曾經不太了解一個族群然後因為大家都在罵他們,所以就跟進一起罵?這是馴龍高手中想傳達的一些理念,他不只是一部給小孩看的動畫片,而是溫柔的傳遞了這些嚴肅的訊息,我們不該在沒有了解對方前就擅自批評,而忠實看待自己應有的樣子,更是每一個人生存在世上最需要捍衛的理念
推薦觀眾:國小生
6. X-Men series X戰警系列
一場永遠下不完的棋局,萬磁王與X教授的無結論爭辯。X戰警雖然是漫威系列的英雄電影,但片中卻是一直在討論對於不同人種的歧視。因為你害怕他們,不了解他們,所以你用你手上有的資源來攻擊這些人,是每個社會體系都會有的狀況,但這樣的做法只會招來大量的反撲與更大的衝突。在欣賞很威猛帥氣的金剛狼的同時,也別忘了想想我們生活中是不是也都存在著這樣的歧視呢?
推薦觀眾:12歲以上
5. Brokeback Mountain 斷背山
二個破碎的家庭,一個身亡,一個孤寂而終,究竟他們做了什麼惡劣的事情?只因為他們愛對方,偏偏他們都是男人。由我們的大導演李安指導的斷背山大家都很熟悉,也是討論男性同性戀的電影,從片中大量的細節你會看到為何要扛著一個社會對你的不接受與責難來愛你打從心裡就愛的人呢?
推薦觀眾:20歲以上
4. The Help 姐妹
當你手中抱著不是你的小孩,卻把自己的小孩託付給別人照顧,心中是什麼感受呢?當你全心全意為一個陌生的家庭打理他們的一切,而他們卻不准你跟他們使用同一間廁所,心中又是什麼感受呢?
姐妹討論著黑人與白人之間的嚴重階級問題與歧視,這是個真實存在的社會系統,然而再好的時代也有壞人;再壞的時代也有令人感到溫暖的好人,女主角就是現任蜘蛛女艾馬史東,把所有黑人的幫傭當成自己的朋友,但是卻備受自己的同儕、男友甚至家人所排斥,直到最後媽媽才能夠理解自己的女兒是為了多大的理想在努力與奮鬥,而對他說:「謝謝妳把勇氣迎回我們家中」實在很令人感動。
3. 藍色是最溫暖的顏色
你愛過人嗎?你談過一場你打從心裡不愛,卻又被大家慫恿去談的戀愛嗎?
同性戀一直都是個討論不完的議題,我們在學校生活中,會大大方方討論我喜歡哪個女生、哪個男生,但是如果你喜歡的人跟你是同樣性別,你是不是不敢大聲的說?這樣的矛盾充斥在同性戀的校園生活、家庭生活、社會團體生活。
藍色是最溫暖的顏色中前半部用了極為平淡但是卻又最貼近真實的手法來描述同性戀的戀愛生活,本來跟你情同姊妹的朋友,會突然因為不接受你的戀愛傾向馬上反目;無法大聲的告訴你的同事、父母家人,這是你的另一半。最後必須尋找可以接受同志族群的朋友,但他們明明跟你不同掛,不同社交圈。
為什麼只是談場戀愛會這麼樣的辛苦,以下五件事情一定是你熱戀中會做的
  • 帶另一半見家人
  • 帶另一半見好友
  • 加入他的生活
  • 介紹另一半給新認識的朋友
  • 言談中不停的提到另一半
但在片中,這些平常不過的事情,都沒有辦法大大方方的去做,為何? 因為這個社會賦予同性戀太大的壓力,他們沒有不一樣的外貌或是膚色,但卻會遭遇一樣的歧視與對待。我們多年來學習到不該因為他的膚色跟我不同而歧視他,但是卻還沒有好好學習到,他外表跟我一樣,但是因為他愛的性別跟我不一樣,就該歧視他。
由於片中有很多限制級的鏡頭,大概是從色戒後最為藝術的性愛鏡頭了,所以不太適合闔家觀賞,鼓勵已經成年的男女都必須要收看的一部片,如果你正邁向愛情的過程中,你就必須收看這部片。
推薦觀眾:18歲以上
2. 傳奇42號
你愛棒球嗎?你是沒看棒球就吃不下飯睡不著覺得棒球痴棒球狂嗎?現在打開體育頻道,你會看到充滿了世界各國不同膚色的球員同場競技,但在60幾年前,這是不可能看到的畫面。
《傳奇42號》,描述著一個傳奇棒球選手Jackie Robinson的故事,如何成為第一個踏入大聯盟的黑人球員,他自己要面對多少不公平的待遇與歧視,以及幫助他的人也要遭受多少責難。在電影中可從很多現實發生過的橋段,例如不願意跟黑人同場比賽、言語的侮辱等,以及一個5歲的小孩子看著自己的爸爸,大罵「黑鬼」時露出了疑惑、不安的神情,但最後卻也跟著爸爸一起加入撻伐Robinson的行列。沒有人生下來就會歧視人,都是後天造成的!
《傳奇42號》這部電影,告訴了我們,即使你很渺小;即使整個世界都要與你為敵,也無須懼怕,即使是一個人,也有改變這個世界的力量
1. 金髮尤物
由瑞絲懷絲朋主演的《金髮尤物》,雖然是一部喜劇,其實卻是充滿了對於刻板印象的諷刺與討論。普遍有人認為金髮的女性代表著美麗、胸大、無腦的象徵。但是這是真的嗎?通常你帶著有色眼光以及刻板印象看待人的時候,無論他做什麼你都會帶著否定的態度。片中主角艾兒為了挽回失去的男朋友,進到哈佛法學院就讀,但同學老師總是認為她不夠資格、不夠聰明,為了克服這些不應該有的歧視,她努力的證明自己。片中屢屢會利用一些簡單的小橋段來顯示在刻板印象中不應該存在的聰穎、觀察力入微等,例如從一雙PRADA鞋子看出作偽證;以及有同理心,信守承諾的美德。最後畢業的致詞尤其感人,她說了:「第一印象不見得是對的,最重要的是相信自己!」
不論我們再努力總是會有人不認同我們,不論我們再如何的盡心盡力總是會有人對我們不引以為然,但是最重要的是,你一定要相信自己,因為你就是全世界最獨一無二!鼓勵大家不要被社會上的刻板印象壓垮!也適合闔家觀賞的一部舊片,可以藉機教育小朋友!
適合觀眾:闔家觀賞
